Digitaal KantoorData deletion instructions
You can remove Digitaal Kantoor's access to your accounts and have your data deleted in three ways.
1. In Digitaal Kantoor
Open Social › Instellingen › Accounts, choose the account and click "Ontkoppelen" (disconnect) for Test and Live. We revoke the token at the platform and delete it right away.
2. At the platform
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings › Business integrations (or Apps and websites) › Digitaal Kantoor › Remove. The token then stops working; also disconnect the account in Digitaal Kantoor, or mail us and we delete it within 30 days.
- LinkedIn: Settings › Data privacy › Permitted services › Digitaal Kantoor › Remove.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions › Digitaal Kantoor › Remove.
- WhatsApp Business app: Settings › Account › Business Platform › Disconnect.
3. By mail
Mail support@webstack.nl with the account or page and, if you have one, the confirmation code Meta showed you. We confirm and delete the data within 30 days. Messages and mail are deleted automatically after 90 days anyway.
