Digitaal Kantoor lets a business plan and publish its social media posts, answer customers on WhatsApp and handle its support mail in one place. Drafts can be prepared with help from AI, but a person approves every post and every message before anything is published or sent.

Connections

A business connects its own accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and WhatsApp Business through the official login of each platform. Digitaal Kantoor only does what the business asks for: publish the posts it approved, and read messages and comments so the team can answer them. A connection can be removed at any time in the app.
